What are the requirements?

The minimum requirements are that your business has been generating $10k in monthly revenue or more for at least 6 months and the owner(s) credit score is 600 or higher. If you are close we still encourage you to apply.

What is the process to apply?

Applying is very easy. Simply click on any "Apply Now" button, provide basic business and owner information and upload pdf business bank statements, all through the securely encrypted application widget.

Will my credit be impacted?

No. Your credit will not be impacted through the application process. Only soft credit checks are performed and never hard pulls. In some cases, some lenders may require a hard pull before releasing funds but will always obtain your consent before doing so.

What if I have questions during the process?

Once you submit your application you will be assigned to a dedicated funding advisor who will be able to answer any and all of your questions. You will be provided with their email address and direct phone number. You can also always reach out to help@brixloans.com at any time.

What loan options are available to me?

We have a wide variety of loan options available from a network of 75+ lenders. Your dedicated funding advisor will help you determine which one is best suited for your business needs. Qualifications for each loan vary based on factors such as time in business, revenue, industry, and owner(s) credit scores.

What documents will I need to provide?

In order to apply you only need to submit your most recent 4 months of business bank statements. Once you have been pre-approved you may need to provide additional documents like a copy of your drivers license, proof of ownership, LLC formation docs, etc.
